CPM Leader Sushanta Ghosh got Bail from Supreme Court

CPM Leader & Politician Sushanta Ghosh who was arrested for Murder Case way back in 2011. Since then, his family & advocates tried hard to release him from Jail Custody but failed. They had appealed in lower court, Kolkata High Court but every time the judgment went other-side and Sushanta Ghosh didn't get Bail order. After 5-months in Jail, at last in February 2012 Supreme Court gave the judgment in favour of Sushanta Ghosh and given the order to release him with few terms.
